I'm a yellow. I toned myself down for years.
I feel everything deeply, and my trap was making myself smaller so I'd look "professional". I've been told to tone it down in friendships, relationships and at work. It never once felt right.
I started out as an NHS nurse (yes, including a high security prison), moved into aesthetics, walked catwalks for over 15 years and ended up on TV more than once. Along the way I built personal brands from scratch in home, motherhood and mental wellness. Different niches every time. Same voice every time.
